Terms of sale

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These terms govern the use of the SlidePace Chrome extension and the purchase of SlidePace Pro. They are provided in English for convenience; the French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Who we are

SlidePace is published by EURL PIERRE-PHILIPPE CONSEIL & COACHING (Chrome Web Store publisher name: PPCC Studio). Contact: contact@slidepace.com. Full legal details are in our legal notice.

2. Our reseller: Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle sells you the licence, collects the payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes (such as VAT), issues invoices, and handles customer service inquiries about payments and returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. The service

SlidePace displays a timer on top of Google Slides presentations in the Chrome browser. The free version can be used at no cost and without an account. SlidePace Pro unlocks additional features described on the pricing page. SlidePace is not affiliated with Google; it depends on Google Slides, which Google may change at any time. We do our best to keep SlidePace working after such changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility.

4. Prices and payment

SlidePace Pro is offered as an annual subscription (€9 per year) or as a one-time lifetime licence (€29). The final price, including applicable taxes and in your currency, is shown by Paddle before you pay. Payment is made at the time of order through the payment methods offered by Paddle.

5. Annual subscription

The annual subscription renews automatically every year unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email or by writing to contact@slidepace.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current year and you keep Pro features until then.

6. Licence

A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SlidePace Pro features for the duration paid (one year, or for the life of the product for the lifetime licence). “Lifetime” means for as long as SlidePace is published and maintained. You may not resell, share or attempt to circumvent the licence.

7. Refunds and right of withdrawal

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. See our refund policy. This 14-day guarantee applies in addition to any withdrawal right you may have as a consumer under the law.

8. Liability

SlidePace is provided as is. Within the limits permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage (for example a presentation running over time). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

9. Personal data

The extension collects no personal data. See our privacy policy.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a problem, please contact us first at contact@slidepace.com; we will try to find a friendly solution. SlidePace Pro purchases are made from Paddle.com Market Ltd, our official reseller (Merchant of Record): payment and billing questions and complaints about a purchase are handled by Paddle under its own complaints procedure (Paddle buyer terms). Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version applicable to a purchase is the one online on the date of that purchase.
